Black Bean, Sweet Corn, and Tomato Salad (or Salsa)!

Ingredients:
1 can black beans, drained
2 tomatoes, cored and diced
1-2 cucumbers, diced
1 small sweet onion or a few scallions, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
sweet corn, cut off the cob (from 1-3 ears, as you like)
fresh lime juice from 1 lime, to taste
chopped fresh cilantro, a few tbsp.
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix all in large bowl and adjust seasonings to taste.
Great for a light salad meal on a hot day, or with corn chips or warmed tortillas.
