Kale Chips

We love these! They are always gobbled up quickly. A fun, healthy treat!
Ingredients
1 bunch kale
olive oil
sea salt
optional seasonings: garlic powder, chili flakes, grated Parmesan, other spices
Directions
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F. Line a non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper. I use my stoneware- no prep needed.
Strip the kale leaves from the thick stems. Cut or tear into large bite size pieces. Using spritzer, spritz kale with olive oil, OR using pastry brush, brush kale leaves with olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt & any other seasoning desired. We like garlic powder, &/or chili flakes.
Bake about 15 minutes, with convection if you have it. Rotate tray and bake another 10 minutes, just until kale is dry & crispy.
Watch closely! Can go from almost done to burnt quickly.
You can add finely grated Parmesan now if desired.
