Kale Chips

We love these! They are always gobbled up quickly. A fun, healthy treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale

  • olive oil

  • sea salt

Directions

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F. Line a non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper. I use my stoneware- no prep needed.

  2. Strip the kale leaves from the thick stems. Cut or tear into large bite size pieces. Using spritzer, spritz kale with olive oil, OR using pastry brush, brush kale leaves with olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt & any other seasoning desired.

  3. Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, and kale is crispy, about 10-15 minutes.

  4. Watch closely! Can go from almost done to burnt quickly.
