Spring Radish Spread

Adapted from the Farmers Market Cookbook


8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 tbsp. chopped chives or scallions

1 tsp. chopped fresh dill

½ tsp. sea salt

1-2 tbsp. prepared horseradish, drained (optional)

1 cup finely chopped, or grated radishes


Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours. Serve with crackers or crusty bread (baguettes, sourdough, thin slices of rye). Makes about 2 cups.
